If you have deep-seated issues or trauma that you wish to address, private sessions would be best for you. In a private setting, you can receive dedicated coaching and emotional support, allowing you to explore and release energy without the need for extensive talk therapy. I will guide you at a pace that feels right for you, using appropriate tools to ensure your safety. While the breath is a powerful tool, going deep in a session should only be done with full support and guidance.

TRANSFORMATIONAL GROUP BREATHWORK

Group Session Booking - What to Expect:

When you arrive, you will be warmly welcomed and personally greeted. Typically, we start in a circle to introduce the process, answer any questions, demonstrate the techniques we will use, and explain what you can anticipate during the journey. We will discuss the emotional and physical possibilities of the session, ensuring you feel fully supported and at ease. To initiate relaxation and body awareness, we may begin with basic Breathwork techniques, movement, or other body-based activities. You will then be invited to lie down on a mat and commence the journey, guided by the facilitator. This usually involves the use of music, sound healing, essential oils, and gentle touch to support your nervous system.

During the Breathwork journey, you will hear others breathing alongside you, while the facilitator moves around the group, providing guidance and additional support as needed.

General Sensations during a Session:

Every individual's experience is unique. It is possible to feel a heightened vibrational energy pulsating through your body, tingling sensations in your hands, or moments of bliss as certain chemicals are released. Others may experience deep relaxation, altered states of consciousness, an intuitive flow, or powerful emotions and energies moving through them. The range of sensations depends on your body and psyche and what you are ready for, knowing that everything is safe and permissible.

Understanding "Big Releases" and Going Deep:

As the Breathwork experience progresses and your body becomes activated, the breath can unlock stored energy within your fascia and nervous system. Some participants may feel the need to move or express this energy as it naturally flows through the body. This might manifest as a desire to move, laughter, crying, or even light shaking. These experiences are normal and signify a profound release, which can feel incredibly healing when embraced and relaxed into.
